Accessibility Statement

FinecoBank S.p.A. is committed to making its app accessible, in accordance with Law 9 January 2004, n. 4.

This Accessibility Statement applies to: “App Fineco Android”

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549 (WCAG 2.1) due to the cases of non-compliance and/or exceptions listed below.

Not accessible contents

The content listed below is not accessible due to non-compliance with Law 4/2004.

In order to produce this accessibility statement, we took into account the WCAG 2.1 standards and the user experience of a test panel made up of people with different disabilities who tested the app using assistive technologies and accessibility features available on Android devices, such as the TalkBack screen reader for blind people and magnification features. The test results show that most of the features and pages of this application are accessible. However, some users may encounter difficulties in using certain content. The non-conformities and guidelines violated are listed below:

1.3.1 Instructions and correlations: in some cases, information, structure or correlations conveyed by the presentation cannot be determined programmatically or are not available via text. For example, the data in the ‘PORTFOLIO’ section.

1.3.4 Orientation: changing the orientation of the device interface display does not automatically reshape the app screen.

1.4.1 Use of colour: there are links that are not visually distinguishable from plain text, as they are not underlined.

1.4.3 Contrast (minimum): with a few exceptions, the application meets the minimum colour contrast requirement of accessibility standards. There are some non-conformities in the use of the colour combination of grey text on a light grey background or light grey text on a white background.

2.4.4 Purpose of the link (in context): there are links that do not explicitly state the destination or function of the element. For example, “More details” on the “ACCOUNT” screen.

2.4.6 Headings and labels: some interface elements have labels that are inconsistent with the functionality of the element itself. For example, in the ‘WATCHLIST’ section, there is a button associated with a pencil icon that allows you to change the table settings, but it has a label associated with it that says ‘Delete’.

4.1.2 Name, role, value: in the ‘ACCOUNT’ section, there is a switch that allows you to activate/suspend a card. It is difficult to interact with the element using assistive technologies, as the initial state is not interpreted correctly.
