The content listed below is not accessible due to non-compliance with Law 4/2004.

In order to produce this accessibility statement, we took into account the WCAG 2.1 standards and the user experience of a test panel made up of people with different disabilities who tested the app using assistive technologies and accessibility features available on Android devices, such as the TalkBack screen reader for blind people and magnification features.

Compared with the assessment carried out last year, the overall level of accessibility has improved, reflecting FinecoBank’s commitment to enhancing the user experience for all its customers.

The non-conformities and the corresponding WCAG success criteria are listed below:

1.1.1 Non-text Content: some non-text content does not have an adequate text alternative, or is not correctly identified as decorative, preventing assistive technologies from correctly conveying its meaning.

1.3.1 Info and Relationships: in some cases, information, structure and relationships conveyed visually are not available in text form or cannot be correctly recognized by assistive technologies.

1.3.2 Meaningful Sequence: in some cases, the reading order detected by assistive technologies does not reflect the logical and visual sequence of the content, making the relationships between pieces of information unclear.

1.3.4 Orientation: some content or functionality is available only in a specific screen orientation, even when that orientation is not essential.

2.1.1 Keyboard: some functionality cannot be fully operated through the keyboard or an equivalent interface, preventing access for users who do not use a pointing device.

2.4.3 Focus Order: in some cases, keyboard focus moves between interactive elements in an order that does not follow the logical and visual sequence, making the content less understandable or usable.

2.4.6 Headings and Labels: some headings or labels do not clearly describe the topic, purpose, or function of the associated content and controls.

3.3.2 Labels or Instructions: some fields or controls that require data entry do not have labels or instructions that are clear enough to understand their purpose and how to fill them in.

4.1.2 Name, role, value: for some interface components, the name, role, state, or value is not correctly communicated to assistive technologies, or changes to these are not made available programmatically.
